26th Annual Cherokee Strip State Championship Cook--Off
September 14 & 15, 2012


Join us for food, fun, and a weekend full of entertainment and competition at one of the most beautiful cook-off locations available. The Cherokee Strip Cook-Off is held on the banks of beautiful Lake Ponca in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This is the 26th annual event and will be better than ever!


Our cook-off is an Oklahoma State Championship Cook-Off and is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.

9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Team Registration, Site Assignments, & On-Site Meat Inspection  
     
7:00 p.m. KCBS Cook’s Meeting Judge’s Tent
  “Anything Goes!” Registration Judge’s Tent
  Cash Beer Wagon Available  
     
9:00 p.m. “Anything Goes!” Turn-in & Judging Judge’s Tent
